02Culture in Bloom: Lantern Festival at ISIP
At I-Shou International Preschool (ISIP), students recently celebrated the Lantern Festival, showcasing the school’s unique balance of Eastern and Western cultures. Children engaged in hands-on traditions by rolling Tang Yuan, a dessert symbolizing unity, and designing vibrant handmade lanterns.
The festivities included spirited games where students responded to culturally appropriate clues and riddles, connecting deeply with local customs. By blending these heritage-rich activities with an international mindset, ISIP fosters globally-minded learners who remain culturally grounded.
This celebration wasn't just about fun; it was a bright reflection of ISIP’s commitment to honoring tradition within a modern educational framework.
03March is our Reading Month
Our I-Shou students will explore engaging texts, participate in themed activities, and celebrate the joy of reading together.
04Grade 11 Jerry Helps Organizing Library at Namaxia's Minq Chuan Elementary
Our I-Shou Grade 11 student Jerry initiated a Community Service Support Project, visiting Minq Chuan Elementary School in Namaxia to assist with organizing library resources and engage in meaningful community service.
During this visit, Chief Operating Officer Jamie and Parent Association President Mr. Tung Keng-Yu joined the exchange. The Parent Association also shared art supplies with the students, encouraging them to express the beauty of their campus and local culture through creative work.
Principal Savi Takiludun of Minq Chuan Elementary School warmly welcomed future visits from I-Shou students, hoping for continued opportunities for students from different communities to learn from one another through cultural and environmental exchange.
05Life Technology Competition
Our Secondary Bilingual Department (SBD) students put their creativity and hands-on spirit to the test by building towering card structures—using only their skills and teamwork!
Within limited materials and time, they moved from ideas to prototypes, learning through trial, error, and refinement.
The challenge measured not only height and stability but also design thinking, collaboration, patience, and problem-solving skills. Bravo to our young SBD engineers for turning imagination into reality.
06A Recognition of Design Excellence at I-Shou
Our school’s robotics team competed in the 2025–2026 VEX TAIWAN OPEN VIQRC Middle School Championship, facing more than 40 outstanding teams from across Taiwan. Amid intense competition, they stood out and proudly earned the Design Award!
This honor reflects the students’ dedication through repeated testing, refinement, and optimization, demonstrating strong engineering fundamentals and system integration skills.
Congratulations to all participating students and coaches for bringing pride to our school!
07Let’s Cheer for Wisdom’s Multiple Equestrian Championships
In the 2025 competitions, Our I-Shou Grade 5 Wisdom delivered an outstanding performance at the FEI Jumping World Challenge and the National Show Jumping Championships, winning multiple championship titles.
