02Learning in Action: Play and Collaboration at the ISIP
At the ISIP, education transcends traditional teaching methods, embracing a vibrant philosophy where learning is action, powered by the magic of play, and collaboration. This approach is rooted in the IB PYP framework, fostering early years learners who are inquisitive, communicative, and compassionate.
By deliberately allowing our youngest learners to explore and engage with their environment through purposeful play, our school cultivates a lifelong love of discovery and equips them with the essential skills to thrive as internationally-minded citizens in a complex and changing world.
03Grade 4 - Energy Outdoor Learning Experience
Grade 4 students explored how different types of energy are applied, transformed, and replaced in our daily lives—sparking their curiosity and spirit of inquiry!
Through this engaging hands-on experience, students not only discovered the fascinating world of science but also broadened their horizons, recognizing the energy wisdom hidden all around us.
04Grade 7 Team Building Trip
The new school year has just begun, and our Grade 7 students have already embarked on a fun and meaningful Team Building Trip!
Through exciting team activities, they learned to cooperate, support each other, and even step outside of their comfort zones to take on new challenges. From laughter to teamwork, every moment showed their courage and growing spirit of unity.
We’re so proud of their willingness to try, to challenge themselves, and to shine as a team!
05Our I-Shou Grade 6 student, Joanne, achieved the remarkable honor of placing in the Top 10 overall at the 2024–2025 ASAF International Grand Final in Hong Kong
She also performed at the Top 10 International Young Musician Concert in Macau on September 26, where she showcased her exceptional musical talent.
Congratulations, Joanne! We are so proud of your dedication and achievements!
06Students Shine at Japan’s 30th Microoptics Conference
Congratulations to Emma and Cindy, Grade 10 students from our Secondary Bilingual Department, who achieved the Excellent Poster Award at the 30th Microoptics Conference (MOC 2025) held in Tochigi, Japan!
Representing Taiwan high school students, they presented their research in English with confidence and clarity, impressing professors and guests from Japan’s academic and scientific community. Their project attracted much interest and praise for its creativity and scientific rigor.
Earlier this year, Emma and Cindy had already won the Distinguished Award at the 2025 High School Photonics English Poster Competition, organized by National Sun Yat-sen University’s Department of Photonics and the Taiwan Photonics Society. Their continued excellence demonstrates IIS’s commitment to nurturing global thinkers and future scientists!
We are incredibly proud of our young researchers for bringing honor to I-Shou International School and to Taiwan on the international stage.
07Congratulations to Our Young I-Shou Golf Talents
At the 2025 New Southbound Taiwan Youth Golf Championship, Eric claimed the title of Boys’ B Division Champion!
In addition, at the 22nd National Amateur Inter-school Golf Team Championship for Secondary Schools, Eric achieved second place in the Junior High School Boys’ Division, and together with teammates Jacky, Jayden, and YoYo, earned second place in the Junior High School Boys’ Team Division.
Congratulations to all our players for their perseverance, skill, and team spirit —swinging with passion and pride on every shot!
