02Let’s give our best wishes to IIS Silver Hawks #9126!

Dear Silver Hawks family and supporters!

After a journey that lasted over 30 hours, our I-Shou FRC Team has finally arrived in Kansas. Some of them may feel a bit tired due to the time difference and chilly weather, but that won't stop them from moving forward!

Upon reaching Kansas, every team member immediately jumped into action! The engineering team got hands-on with assembling and testing robot components, while programming and business teams worked on Pit setup and promotional material creation. Each member is showcasing a positive work ethic in this new environment, gearing up for the upcoming competition.

This is a moment filled with challenges and opportunities, so let's stand united and cheer on the Silver Hawks! We look forward to witnessing everyone's outstanding performance on the competition field!

05Grade 10 Personal Project Exhibition

Tr. Eddie, the Personal Project coordinator, and the Grade 10 students were delighted to present their Personal Projects during the PP exhibition.

A considerable amount of work has gone into their projects over the last year. We are extremely proud of their efforts and the results of their hard work.

06IBDP Subject Selection Fair

The IBDP options fair brought together DP teachers, current DP students, parents, and the current Grade 10 students to learn more about their IBDP subject options, enabling them to make informed choices.

We are thrilled to see so many members of our community come together for this event.

07Sharing the Planet

The second semester is off to a great start at I-Shou International Preschool. Our new units of inquiry have begun and each classroom is busy provoking student curiosity in their transdisciplinary themes. The second semester is always a rewarding time at the preschool as our students have grown so much throughout the year and are better at understanding the inquiry process and daily routines.

Our K2 students have been learning about the responsibility they have as humans to help protect the natural environment. The students are tuning in by learning about the features of different ecosystems and the living things that rely on them to thrive. The students can immerse themselves in these environments as their classroom is decorated to replicate different natural settings. Throughout the week students will explore each individual environment before going further, showing their learning, and finally taking action based on their inquiries.
