Grand Opening Celebration Ceremony Held
for new Library and Learning Commons
In the presence of distinguished guests, Board of Trustees, administrator, faculty, staff, parent, and student representatives, the school's new Library and Learning Commons was opened today with a series of formal ceremonial activities.
Following welcome greetings from Superintendent Dr. Peter Nanos, International Headmaster Matt Lennon, Principal Roger Lee, and Committee Chair Director Hale Kile, ribbon cutting and unveiling ceremonies were held in the facility's 2nd and 3rd floor Athenaeum.
Tours of the new Library and Learning Commons provided participants with a first hand experience of the various labs, suites, flexible learning, and presentation spaces. Refreshments were served thereafter.
The state-of-the art Library Learning and Commons builds upon the tradition of our school's recent history of ambitious facilities development in service to our students and school community.
